Shipping Policy

  1. Orders are processed in 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  2. If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at support@japago.us. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
  3.  The delivery date will be mentioned at checkout. Please check the delivery date before placing an order.
  4.  We provide excellent, reliable shipping services within Spain.
  5. All successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details.
  6. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated.
  7. Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
  8.  Shipping times vary depending on the product. Some products will be delivered within 3-5 days. Some will take 10-15 working days.
  9.  Shipping times are only estimates and, unfortunately, cannot be guaranteed.
  10. The cost of shipping depends on the delivery location, product you choose, and shipping carrier. To find out the exact shipping cost, please put in your full address at check out.
