"Finally took the leap to get this nail grinder after hearing about the canine illness going around- my pup usually goes to the groomer for nail trims because her nails are opaque and it’s hard to tell where her quicks are. 1) Prepare Your Pet: Before starting, ensure your pet is calm and relaxed. You may want to give them some treats to help them feel comfortable.

2) Introduce PerfectPaws: Let your pet become familiar with the grinder by allowing them to sniff it and see it in action (without it running).

3) Choose a Comfortable Environment: Find a quiet, well-lit area for grooming. Make sure you have good visibility of your pet's nails and that they have enough space to move around comfortably.

4) Select the Right Speed: Depending on the thickness of their nails, adjust the speed setting on PerfectPaws. Start with a lower speed.

5) Hold Your Pet's Paw Securely: Gently hold your pet's paw, ensuring they are comfortable and steady. Use one hand to hold the grinder and the other to stabilize your pet's paw.

6) Start Grinding: Turn on PerfectPaws and slowly bring the grinder towards your pet's nail. Hold it at a slight angle and touch it lightly to the nail, allowing the grinder to do the work. Avoid pressing too hard or grinding for too long in one spot.
